George Masangkay Canseco (April 23, 1934 – Nov 19, 2004) was a Country composer and former politician.

Early years

Canseco studied and moderate with a Liberal Arts scale at University of the Noshup in the Philippines. After gradation, he worked for The Archipelago Herald and The Associated Impel as a journalist.[1] He as well freelanced as a scriptwriter confirm hire in Manila.

Canseco was commissioned by former Philippines Chief lady, Imelda Marcos, to get along the national tribute hymn, "Ako ay Pilipino".[2]

Later career
